dm_120616_otl_pacman_jonesBengals cornerback is officially having the best week of his life.  In his team’s game against the New England Patriots, he caught an interception off the legendary Tom Brady to end the game and end their scoring threat.  It also ended Brady’s streak of throwing a touchdown in consecutive games at 52; Saints’ quarterback Drew Brees currently holds the record at 54 games.  That might have been enough to make somebody feel good about themselves, but Jones just got even luckier in his personal life.

Over the summer, Jones was arrested (not for the first time) for allegedly slapping/hitting a woman outside of a nightclub.  Read the full story here.  Pacman claims that it was self defense after she broke a beer bottle over his head.  Well, the judge sided with him and he was found not guilty of the charge.  The assault was captured on video and it clearly shows the women striking Jones like he claimed.  Good for Jones, but just another example of why athletes have no business being out at the club until the wee hours of the morning.  Which are you more impressed with, his interception off Brady or a judge believing him?
