The highly anticipated NHL All-Star Game is just weeks away. On January 25th, St. Louis will be the next to host the competitive match at Enterprise Center. With final touches underway, the final players are being added. This is the only time out of the season where friends and foes come together and the fans have the power.

Edmonton Oilers’ Conner McDavid, Pacific Division, and Toronto’s Maple Leaves’ Auston Matthews, Atlantic Division, are returning fan favorites. On the flip side, there is big buzz surrounding the Central Division.

St. Louis’ very own Jordan Binnington is making his first appearance in an All-Star game. The goalie made his big break last season where his outstanding blocks lead him and the Blues to their first Stanley Cup championship.

The Washington Capitals’ captain Alex Ovechkin will skip the game for the second year in a row despite being voted the Metropolitan Division captain by fans. The eleven-time nominee respectfully declined the invitation. Instead, he will be using the extra time to rest and physically be at his best for the rest of the playing season.

You know who won’t respectfully decline an invitation? The NHL and Adidas. Get your wallets ready because you won’t want to miss on these innovative designs. Just released, you can now buy the 2020 All-Star Game jerseys!

Support your favorite player or team with sleek designs. Coming in two colors, gray and white, these knits have silver, grey and white detailing throughout the jerseys. In previous years, the jerseys designs were different. The NHL shield was displayed on the chest instead of a team logo. This year, the players will be able to represent their team’s logo on the chest with added color to the stitching.

This jersey will be exclusively worn only the day of the tournament. One day before is the All-Star Skills day and the players will wear their regular jerseys for that portion.

Fans are excited to see what these teams bring to St. Louis. What division will come up on top? Which player will stand out?  Tune in on January 25th  NBC to find out.
