The story surrounding the Miami Dolphins offensive linemen Richie Incognito and Jonathan Martin has continued to get uglier and uglier, and now new reports are surfacing. Â Richie Incognito who has looked like the bad guy throughout all this, now has a new accuser. Â A female volunteer at a golf tournament is alleging that Incognito harassed her. Â She claims that the offensive lineman molested her with a golf club. Â The woman asked for an apology, but a visibly intoxicated Incognito refused.
The woman signed a confidentiality agreement which is why her story never went public until now. Â She went to the police, but no charges were filed. Â If this story is true and the Dolphins organization was aware of it, then it just further shows how incompetent this organization is. Â This team has a lot more issues than just Richie Incognito. If anything, Jonathan Martin exposed the Dolphins for the inadequate organization they are. Â There is no leadership anywhere in this locker room, and with this story, there are no consequences for poor behavior. Â Nobody can still believe that not one person in the Dolphins organization had any idea of this bad behavior going on in and out of the locker room.
