Expect a lot more people looking for new jobs by the time this scandal is over. The Miami Dolphins bullying situation has become the biggest story in all of sports. Nothing seems to be adding up nor making sense. The players seem to be backing the alleged bully, Richie Incognito, and blaming the victim, Jonathan Martin. It seems that the players would welcome Incognito back with open arms, while Martin might not get the same reception.
One person who is trying to get away from this mess is Chris Mosley. Mosley’s name has not been brought up since the story broke, but the timing of his departure is extremely suspicious. Mosley is an assistant offensive line coach for the Miami Dolphins who was on personal leave. The Dolphins and Mosley have mutually agreed to part ways. Now this could mean absolutely nothing, but in the wake of such a major scandal involving two offensive linemen it seems highly unlikely. Most fingers have been pointed at the Miami coaching staff who appeared to have sat back and let this harassment occur. Multiple players, both former and current, have come forward and said that it is unbelievable that not one coach would know that there was a situation where Jonathan Martin did not feel comfortable around his teammates. Maybe Mosley knew about the bullying or maybe he just has incredibly bad timing. You be the judge.
