It has been one of the worst weeks in Fred Davis’ life so far.  Earlier this week, the NFL suspended Washington’s tight end indefinitely after violating the league’s substance abuse policy.  Davis claims he did not mean to, insisting he took a product that is not FDA approved.

Just days later, he was arrested for DUI yesterday in Virginia.  Allegedly, police responded to a call that a man was passed out inside a car at a traffic light.  Police approached the vehicle and Davis admitted he had been drinking at a friend’s house earlier.  He was given a breathalyzer which revealed a 0.17 BAC level.
