He may be considered the greatest basketball player ever, but he could use a lesson or two on being a good husband. In 1996, while married to Juanita Vanoy, a woman named Pamela Smith is claiming that she and Michael had an affair that resulted in her getting pregnant. While Smith claims she never planned on coming forward, she has with Michael’s alleged 16 year old son, Grant Pierce Jay Jordan Reynolds who goes by a much simpler name “Taj”.
Smith’s story is that it was actually her son who wanted to come forward with this story and asking for the paternity test. Taj went on Youtube a few months ago and confirmed the rumors that he is indeed Michael’s son. Pamela stated that Michael has met her son on a few occasions and sent him gifts. If the paternity suit shows that Michael is the father, Pamela wants full custody, child support, and Michael to pay for Taj’s medical bills.
This is not the first time a woman has claimed to have Michael’s love child. A woman named Karla Knafel asked Jordan for $5 million for keeping the affair quiet, but the case was thrown out by an Illinois judge when the paternity suit showed he was not the father. Michael already has three children with ex-wife Juanita Vanoy and is currently engaged to Yvetter Prieto. When will men learn that if you want to cheat, wrap it up!
