He may have been guilty of using steroids, but former home run slugger Jose Canseco is not guilty of rape. Â The Las Vegas Police Department have decided not to file criminal charges against 48-year-old Canseco. Â The case is now officially closed. Â Ever since being accused, Canseco has adamantly denied the allegations. Â He tweeted his innocence numerous times and asked his accuser, “Susie Bell” to take a polygraph test. Upon hearing the news, Canseco tweeted out this message to his accuser:Â 
To further prove his innocence and show what really happened that night, Canseco is selling his polygraph results. 
It will only be a matter of time before someone does buy those results and they become public in some magazine!
