Johnny Manziel lives a life that most of us only dream about. He is extremely talented, looking to go in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft, and has a lot of pretty famous friends. One of those being Drake, one of the biggest rappers out right now. It seems as Drake as been a fan of Manziel at Texas A&M, tweeting his support for the quarterback at the beginning of the season.
While Drake was not at the Chick-Fil-A Bowl where Johnny Football put on a show on New Year’s Eve, he cheered his good friend on. After the game, in which he threw for four touchdowns, Manziel reposted a picture of Drake watching him. He said he was headed to Miami to meet up with him.
While this could strictly be a friendship, rumors are swirling that Drake and Cash Money Records are looking to start their own sports agency group, similar to Jay-Z. Maybe they are looking to represent Manziel as he is likely to get a big contract and lots of endorsement deals. It would make sense for both parties.
