After a week of baseball playoffs, we finally have our first team ready to compete in the NLCS round. The San Francisco Giants defeated the Cincinnati Reds in the Reds stadium. The Giants are the only team to ever come back and win the division series after trailing two games.

The Reds were down 6-3 going into the last three innings in which they put the tying runs on base each of those three innings. The Reds did have life in the ninth when they scored a run off close Sergio Romo to put the only two runs behind. However, the game ended on with Scott Rolen striking out with two men on base. Romo got the save and ace Matt Cain got the win for San Francisco. The Giants will face the winner of the St. Louis v. Washington game on right now. The Cardinals currently have a one game lead over the Nationals and could clinch an NLCS spot today with a win. The game is currently tied 1-1 in the bottom of the fourth.
