floyd-mayweather-jrFloyd Mayweather Jr. looks to defend his 43-0 record one more time against Robert Guerrero. It has a rough road for Mayweather since his last fight who has been in the headlines for arrests more than his body of work recently.  His last fight was a over a year ago and since then the undefeated fighter has spent two months in jail for domestic violence and been in a public dispute with one tim friend rapper 50 Cent.  However, Floyd is the master at handling interviews and simply had this statement, “I can handle it. No matter what they ask, they’re never going to get to me.” Proof that he still has his champion spirit.

While at the press conference it was Guerrero’s father who stole the show when he went on a rant about Floyd.

This only led to Floyd’s father stepping in and challenging Ruben, Guerrero’s father to a fight.   Did we forget it was their sons who were the ones getting paid millions for this?  They should be the ones trash talking each other!

Is this the time Mayweather finally falls and cannot get back up?  Not likely, but anything is possible.  Floyd is getting older, but I do not see this as being the end to his reign as the “great one”.   This should be a pretty entertaining fight as it will probably not be a knock out and instead will go to decision.  Does Floyd’s undefeated streak end tonight?  Forty three have tried and forty three have failed.  Mayweather Jr. or Guerrero- who you takin?
