When Indianapolis Colts head coach Chuck Pagano was diagnosed with leukemia, it was a sad day for the NFL.   However, Pagano refused to let any of his players feel sorry for him and instead told them that he would still play a role in the coaching and that he knows this is a special team.  He was in the locker room of last Sunday’s game in which the Colts beat the Dolphins.  Here is the emotional video of Pagano’s speech to his team after the game.

To show that they stand behind their coach, many of the Colts’ players have decided to shave their heads. Special Teams player Matt Overton tweeted this picture of himself along with Pat McAfee, and Adam Vinatieri sans hair.

Many other players have also joined in, including rookie quarterback Andrew Luck in losing their hair.  The Colts may not be the best team in the NFL, but this has definitely been one of the greatest story lines of the entire season.  The #ChuckStrong movement has become so inspiring and showed that the team rallied around their coach to play inspired football.  The Colts have become a team that people have fun rooting for now.
