After nabbing the most talked about NFL prospect in QB Johnny Manziel and top rated CB Justin Gilbert, the Cleveland Browns may lose their top receiver for the entire season.  ESPN’s Outside the Lines is reporting that Josh Gordon has failed his second drug test and is facing a season-long suspension.

When asked about the suspension, Gordon denied knowing anything about and told ESPN to ask his agent.  His agent, Drew Rosenhaus, said the report was “not true”, but would not comment further.  The suspension is allegedly for marijuana.  Last season, he was suspended for two games for testing positive for codeine.  In college, Gordon was dismissed from Baylor University after being suspended twice for using marijuana.

Gordon is such an amazing talent and it is sad that he cannot get his act together.  Despite missing two games last season, he still led the league in receiving yards.  Imagine if Manziel does as well as everyone is hoping, that could have been a deadly duo.  Poor Cleveland fans.
