Very sad news for Denver Broncos fans and the world of football. Â One of the most well-respected professionals, John Fox, was taken to the hospital this afternoon. Â Originally, it was reported that he had suffered a heart attack, but it appears that is not what happened. Â Fox was out at a golf course in Charlotte, NC when he began feeling light headed.
He is currently being held in a Charlotte hospital where he is undergoing tests and being evaluated. Â Mike Silver reported that John Fox is doing well and appears to be in good spirits.
The Broncos medical staff has been in contact with the doctors monitoring Fox. Â The Broncos have a bye week this Sunday which hopefully means Fox will not miss much time on the field, if any at all. Â Prayers go out to John Fox and his family!
