He might not have played in a single game this season, but 2012 is a great year for New York Knicks’ star Amar’e Stoudemire. Â Yesterday, on 12-12-12 Amar’e made an honest woman out of his fiance Alexis Welch. Â It was a very intimate ceremony and none of the Knicks were there. Â They got married in front of their three children on the rooftop of their New York City apartment building. Â Amar’e tweeted out: “12.12.12 now has a special & spiritual meaning for us…” along with a picture of the couple’s fingers with their new wedding bands on them. Â Congrats to the couple and hopefully Amar’e will be back on the court in no time!
