Aaron_Hernandez_Suspect_Murder_Case_Uncooperative_Legal_Jargon
Things for the New England Patriots tight end are looking incredibly bad.  Local police are said to be prepared to arrest Aaron Hernandez today in connection to murder.  There are a lot of rumors floating around about the tight end and all seem to be negative.  Here is what we do know:

Victim Odin Lloyd was out with Aaron Hernandez and two other men the night he was murdered.  The four men left a bar together, but only three men, Lloyd not being one of them, returned to Hernandez’s home.  Hernandez was driving what appears to be a rental car in his name. This vehicle was found not too far from where the body was which is what led police to Hernandez.  Lloyd was found shot in the head about a mile from Hernandez’ home in an industrial warehouse.  A lawsuit was filed about a week ago in which a man alleges Hernandez shot him in the head outside of a strip club.  The man is said to be a longtime friend of Hernandez.  The two got into an argument outside of the club.  No word on if he filed a police report.   A white Audi SUV was just spotted leaving Hernandez’ home.  No word on if he was in the car or not.  Hernandez pulled up to Gillette Stadium, police did not follow him there.  When police asked to see Hernandez’s cell phone and home surveillance video, he handed over a broken cell phone and claimed the surveillance videos were erased.

There has been no direct evidence released to the public connecting Hernandez to the murder so calling him a murderer already is ridiculous.  We have no idea what his role may be and this country supposedly prides itself on “innocent until proven guilty”.  This may look very bad for the tight end, but until more evidence is exposed, I will reserve my judgment of Hernandez.  This is all still speculation.  Lesson here: Nothing good ever happens after midnight!
