Just because you can throw a 100 MPH fastball doesn’t mean you are a good tenant. Â This was found out by one San Francisco landlord who rented out a townhouse to current World Series champion pitcher Tim Lincecum. Â Mindy Freile is claiming that Lincecum caused $200,000 worth of damage to his former townhouse. Â Freile said that he ruined the bedding, doors, carpet, lamps, lawn furniture, etc. [pretty much everything not nailed down] right before he moved out in 2011. Â Lincecum is trying to settle out of court. Â Where were Todd and Rick when you needed them?
