Even though most of the hype in New Orleans is for the Ravens and 49ers, the city also has love for their hometown hero, quarterback Eli Manning, The Manning brothers were born and raised in New Orleans and even though they both play very far away, the city still embraces them. So much so, that local rap group Freestyle Love Supreme performed for the Giants quarterback. The rap isn’t very good, but Eli takes it all in stride in an awkward Eli Manning way. Best line? “They said the Patriots couldn’t be beat. Eli did it twice – how’s that for elite?” Eli got a good laugh at that one!
