Brandon Browner’s career had taken a big hit last season. Â While his teammates won the Super Bowl, the cornerback learned that he had been suspended indefinitely by the NFL for violating the league’s drug policy. Â Because of his suspension, Browner cannot be signed any team this season. Â He will be an unrestricted free agent in just a few weeks.
Browner and his attorney have decided to sue the league over his suspension. Â His attorney is expected to formally file the papers next week.
