I guess Pamela Smith didn’t get the memo that you don’t go after Michael Jordan and not expect revenge. Â Smith is the woman who accused Jordan of fathering her 16 year old son and was demanding he take a paternity test and pay child support.

Jordan denied the accusation and suddenly Smith dropped the suit. Â However, Jordan has decided to take action against Smith. Â Jordan filed a counter suit to keep the case open asking her to cover all of his legal costs. Jordan is currently finalizing wedding plans with fiance Yvette Prieto. Â The couple is set to wed on April 27th in Palm Beach, Fl.
