Looks like former defensive end Michael Strahan will enter the Pro Football Hall of Fame as a single man. TMZ is reporting the New York Giants legend and his reality star fiancé Nicole Murphy have called off their engagement.
The split is attributed to nothing more than distance. The two lived on opposite coasts of the country and it finally took its toll on the relationship. Strahan lives in New York City where he tapes Live with Kelly and Michael, while Murphy lives in Los Angeles where she films “Hollywood Exes”.
His rep commented about the split saying, “They love each other very much, but with the distance and work schedule it has been hard to maintain the relationship”. The pair had been engaged for five years.
