Another baseball player, another kind gesture.  It never gets old to hear about a superstar going over to brighten a fan’s day.  Los Angeles Dodgers star Matt Kemp did just that after their loss against San Francisco in which Kemp had made the last out and had a brutal series. However, he knew he has an obligation to meet a waiting fan. “I said hi to him, he just looked at me in kind of shock, and it almost got me,” Kemp said. “It almost got me.”  He went up to a disabled fan and not only took the time to meet him, but he started handing over all of his game time gear! He signed a baseball the fan, Josh Jones, had in his hand, took off his hat, jersey, and cleats and signed them all for him!  Jones has inoperable tumors on his spine and was only given three months to live, but he still cheers his team on!  More players should take a cue from Kemp on how to be a professional athlete.  You may not be a Dodgers fan, but you have to be a fan of Kemp’s sweet gesture!
