Â Owens and his new wife Rachel Snider applied for a marriage license this week, according to TMZ. Â Snider is 33 years old and is a postal work originally from Texas. Â The couple do not have any children together, but Owens has children with four different women.
The couple has been together for quite some time, but have kept a very low-key relationship because she does not like the limelight. Â She posted the picture above on New Years Eve of what looks like an engagement ring.
