Celebrity divorces are known to be extremely nasty, but Dwyane Wade and ex-wife Siohvaughn Funche took it to another level. The couple originally split in 2007. The divorce was granted in 2010 and Wade was granted sole custody of the children in 2011. Funche has been a war path trying to paint Dwyane Wade as an awful father who is so heartless he denied his own son his asthma medicine. She was arrested last year for trying to abduct her own children from Wade’s home. Over the weekend she even held a protest on the streets of Chicago claiming that Wade left her homeless. 
Wade’s attorney confirmed that the case has been settled and that Funche received a very “generous” settlement. Wade has always claimed that he gives his ex-wife $25,000 a month and pays her mortgage and car payment. She is still seeking visitation rights for her two sons. However, her claims appear to be unsubstantiated as Wade appears to be a very involved father. He and girlfriend Gabrielle Union are constantly with his two boys, and his nephew who he also has custody of, and they look like one happy family.
