rodman_kim_AP216094814172_620x350The world is in a very crazy place with all that is happening in the Middle East.  While President Obama and Congress try to find a resolution for the crisis in Syria, former NBA defensive star Dennis Rodman has decided to try and ease tensions with North Korea.  Rodman went to North Korea earlier this year for a documentary he was starring and told everyone that he developed a friendship with dictator Kim Jong-Un.  While many thought that Rodman was going to try and help free Kenneth Bae, that does not appear to be the case.  Instead, Rodman insists that he is only going to talk basketball with his new friend.

It is very interesting to see the dictator be so open to Rodman.  Just days ago, senior American diplomat Robert King had his invitation to North Korea revoked.  King was going there to discuss the release of Kenneth Bae.  Rodman believes that his work in North Korea should garner him the Nobel Peace Prize.  Agree?
