A public execution of Kim Jung Un’s uncle might stop most people from traveling to North Korea, but not Dennis Rodman. Â This time, instead of visiting his “good friend”, Rodman will help train the North Korean basketball team. Â He had this trip planned for awhile and will leave on Monday. Â To celebrate his friend’s birthday, he also set up an exhibition game in January. Â He will turn 31 on January 8th. Â Rodman has recruited fellow former NBA players for the game, a roster has not yet been revealed.
This is not the first time Rodman has traveled to North Korea. Â He went earlier this year along with the Harlem Globetrotters to film a documentary about basketball. Rodman has described the leader as a “nice” guy, however, he has been accused of some of the worst acts on humanity. Â He just killed his uncle Rodman! Â Still think he is a nice guy to have lunch with?
