This sounds like another typical move by the Dallas Cowboys to garner attention for everything but their playoff success. However, it might actually be a decent trend to start.  The Cowboys announced that they installed ballet bars into their locker rooms to allow players to stretch more thoroughly, thus avoiding injuries.

The Cowboys have already lost middle linebacker Sean Lee for the season after he tore his ACL during a portion of OTAs.  Injuries have been a huge problem in the NFL, and all sports for that matter, that have kept teams from being able to put their best on the field week after week.  The Cowboys are not the first team to encourage players to do more stretching and flexibility training.  Many teams have started doing yoga as a way to increase flexibility and allow muscles to heal after long workouts. Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers has recently started doing yoga and already lost more than ten pounds.
