It could not have went to two better guys. Â For the American League honor, the BBWAA awarded Tampa Bay Rays ace David Price. Â In what was supposed to be an extremely close race in the National League turned out to be a landslide win. Â R.A. Dickey became the first Met to win the award since 1985 and the very first knuckleballer to ever win the award. Â Dickey became the feel good story of baseball this year. Â He showed everyone that you should never give up on your dream no matter how many times you have failed nor how many old you are! Â What a great moment for both men! I cannot wait to start reading R.A.’s memoir!! Congratulations!!!
