2013 was just not the year for Curtis Granderson to play. Â After only being back eight games, the Yankees center fielder will be out at least another four weeks. Â Granderson had missed the majority of the season with a broken forearm and now he has a broken pinkie to match. Granderson was hit by a pitch in tonight’s game against the Tampa Bay Rays. He stayed in the game after being hit and eventually scored a run. Â However, Â when he went into the dugout for X-rays, it was revealed how serious the injury actually was. Â This is the last year on Granderson’s contract with the Yankees. Â As always, I wish him a speedy recovery!
