If it wasn’t for these two teams both being in the Western Conference, this could have been a NBA Â Finals matchup. Â These teams are tied at 32 wins and have the two best records in the NBA, the Thunder have one less loss. Â Clippers pint guard Chris Paul made a return to action, but did not perform well in the two games he played in. Â Head coach Vinny Del Negro said his status is uncertain for tonight’s game. Â The Clippers have the edge in this matchup in that they have beaten the Thunder four times in a row at the Staples Center.
Being that Chris Paul is not 100%, I give this one to the Thunder. Â Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant have been playing spectacular basketball. I expect a lot of high flying dunks from both teams, but especially the Clippers who no matter what the score is love to put on a show for their home crowd.
