Tampa Bay Buccaneers thought they had gotten rid of the drama when they released cornerback Darrelle Revis, but they now have a new problem.  Wide receiver Mike Williams, who just signed a six year contract worth $40 million, spent the night at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa.

Allegedly, Williams was stabbed in the leg yesterday afternoon at his own home.  The craziest part about this story is police believe his brother to be the main suspect.  The police spent last night searching for the receiver’s brother, whose name has not been made public.

Williams has had an offseason filled with partying and bad behavior and new head coach Lovie Smith has made it clear he is not a fan.   Smith said, “No one is bigger than this football team. He has to understand that.

Have I been disappointed in Mike Williams? Of course, there’s a standard. We’re just not going to put up with it, no matter who it is. You have to be good on the field and off the field. Simple as that. And if you’re not doing what you need to do one or the other, you have problems and that’s where Mike has to take care of a few things.”

He is currently awaiting trial on charges of trespassing and criminal mischief.  His neighbors have constantly complained about the loud parties Williams’ throws at his home.  He pled not guilty to all charges.
