Earlier this morning, Cleveland Browns wide receiver was arrested at an airport in Florida for allegedly acting irrational and throwing hot coffee on a police officer. Â Passengers were complaining that he was singing, dancing, and acting erratically at the airport. Â When police arrived, Bess allegedly grabbed someone else’s coffee cup and squeezed it so hard it splashed all over the officer. Â The officer then struck him with a baton int he leg which did nothing to Bess, who takes hits for a living and the police officer called for back up. Â Once the other officers arrives, Bess calmed down and complied with the officers. Â He was arrested for simple assault on an officer, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.
The cop claimed Bess appeared to be under the influence of something. Â He came under fire earlier this week when a photo on his Twitter account was posted showing marijuana and a half smoked blunt. Â He deleted the picture, but the damage was already done. Â You have to feel bad for Browns fans when their team is always in shambles. Â They are the only remaining team without a head coach after firing Rob Chudzinski.
