A pivotal game that can possibly put the Seahawks return to the playoffs out of reach.  Currently, the Seahawks are in third place in the NFC West, trailing the San Francisco 49ers and their opponent today, the Arizona Cardinals.  The Cardinals have been the best team in the NFL; finding ways to win week after week despite losing crucial players.  Unfortunately, they lost quarterback Carson Palmer two weeks ago which could halt their hopes of raising the Lombardi trophy in Arizona. Today, the Cardinals will have to find a way to win without their veteran leader Larry Fitzgerald.

The Seahawks, favorites to return to the Super Bowl during the preseason, have had quite a difficult season.  There have been rumors about internal fighting that resulted in the midseason trade of receiver Percy Harvin.  The Seahawks are facing a must-win game as they sit at 6-4.  Their defense has not been as good as last season and since losing Harvin, their passing game has been almost non-existent.  Their one constant has been the running ability of Marshawn Lynch. Despite ludicrous fines for not talking to the media, Lynch is having another fantastic season.  It is odd to hear that the Seahawks are unlikely to sign him next season.

Last season, the Cardinals handed the Seahawks their only loss in Seattle.  This season, they look to prove once again that they are no joke and are the best team in the NFC.  Cardinals vs. Seahawks- who you takin?
